About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Resident Medical Officer (RMO) with an MBBS degree to join our Gynaecology Department in Kotma, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, assist senior consultants in clinical procedures, and ensure high-quality patient management in the Obstetrics & Gynaecology unit.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide medical care and first-line treatment to patients admitted under the Gynaecology department.
✅ Assist consultants during deliveries, C-sections, and other surgical procedures.
✅ Monitor inpatients, assess progress, and update treatment plans as per consultant directions.
✅ Manage emergencies in labour wards and ensure timely escalation when needed.
✅ Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including treatment notes and reports.
✅ Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and assist in the smooth functioning of the department.
✅ Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control policies, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

🎓 MBBS degree from a recognized institution with a valid MCI/State Medical Council registration.
👩‍⚕️ Female candidates only (requirement for patient privacy and comfort in the Gynaecology department).
📅 Freshers and candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology preferred.
🚨 Ability to handle emergencies and work in rotational shifts (including night duties).
