Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated MBBS Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our healthcare team in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh. The RMO will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting senior doctors in day-to-day hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and initial assessments.
Monitor and record patient progress and update medical records.
Assist senior consultants and specialists during procedures and treatments.
Prescribe medications and advise on treatment plans as per medical guidelines.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first-line treatment.
Coordinate with nursing and paramedical staff for smooth patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements:
MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
Valid medical registration (MCI/State Medical Council).
Good clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
