Position

Consultant Gynaecologist & Obstetrician

Qualification

• MS (Obstetrics & Gynaecology)

• DGO (Diploma in Gynaecology & Obstetrics)

Registration

• Valid NMC / State Medical Council Registration

Experience

• Experienced candidates preferred

• Candidates should be capable of independently managing OPD, IPD, labour room, obstetric emergencies, and gynaecological procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct OPD consultations for obstetrics and gynaecology patients

• Manage antenatal, postnatal, and high-risk pregnancy cases

• Perform normal and assisted deliveries

• Perform Caesarean Sections (LSCS) and routine gynaecological surgeries as per expertise

• Manage obstetric and gynaecological emergencies

• Provide infertility, family planning, and women’s health counselling

• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation

Coordinate with paediatricians, anaesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure quality patient care

Skills Required

• Strong clinical and surgical skills in Obstetrics & Gynaecology

• Excellent diagnostic and decision-making abilities

• Good communication and patient counselling skills

• Professional, ethical, and patient-centric approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
